WHAT TO EXPECT

Following our initial phone consultation to get acquainted and discuss your project goals, Mary will schedule a visit to your home. During this in-home consultation, which is billed at an hourly rate of $175, we will collaboratively explore the specific areas you'd like to transform.

Mary will engage in thorough discussions, meticulously take measurements of the spaces, and carefully document existing fixtures, finishes, and elements you wish to retain. We encourage you to share any inspirational images or ideas that resonate with you throughout the process. Following our meeting, Mary will create a comprehensive list outlining the areas and items we will focus on, and together, we will determine the optimal starting point for your project. A detailed, running list, complete with dimensions, design guidelines, and any relevant considerations, will be regularly shared with you, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.

From there, the design journey can become a collaborative team effort if you are interested in participating! If you discover items online that capture your imagination and seem to fit the space, please do share them with us! We kindly request that no purchases be made before discussing them with us. This proactive approach helps to avoid potential costly errors and ensures the design vision remains cohesive.
